I Wonder??? - Should an Inmate's Sentence Be Reduced If He Was Raped?

One day I was watching one of those prison documentary's on NBC.  I think it was the one with that Fleece "Booty Warrior" Johnson talking about how much he loved "man's butt."  Anyway I started thinking about the whole 'Cruel and Unusual Punishment' term and automatically I jumped to rape.  I mean don't get me wrong if you get locked up it is what it is.  I could care a less what happens to child molesters, rapists or anybody who deserves to be locked up.  But what about the dude who was drunk driving or a parent who beats sh*t out of another parent at their kids' football game.  You mean to tell me being stuck between a rock and, in this case, a hardened criminal that they don't deserve to go free?  If not for the simple fact that they probably won't be able to sh*t right for a minute then why not because it will save the taxpayers money?
