This is a battle between two rappers spitting over the same beat.
The beat was sampled from Billy Stewart's "Cross My Heart." Producer Just Blaze and rapper Jay Electronica flipped it into "Exhibit C." Fabolous turned it into "Exhibit F" on his There Is No Competition 2 mixtape. Check them both out below:
