Another interpretation of The Buddha...
"The tongue like a sharp knife... Kills without drawing blood."
-The Buddha
Any muthaf*cka can hurt somebody with a knife or a gun. I haven't had any reason to use the two...yet. I don't mind being hands on when it comes to fighting. Years of martial arts and a disregard for any foes health or safety gives me an edge in any one on one situation.
Despite my undying love of dishing out good ol fashion passionate a$$ whippings, I really enjoy destroying people with my words. The feeling I get comes close to the high I get from smoking a blunt and sipping on a big a$$ bottle of Arbor Mist Blackberry Merlot while watching The Shield.
Most of ya'll already know I be on my crazy sh*t most of the time. Well I do have my moments of sanity. At the end of the day, I like a good mental exercise. Sharpening my wits and testing my mind with new challenges is more of a workout you get from walking or at the gym.
The thing with physical injuries, to some extent, most can be healed over time. Mental trauma is a different story. It's a scar so deep that you may not even know its there. However, it becomes a part of yourself and your daily routines. I mean look what 50 Cent did to that n*gga Ja Rule. Forget about the fact that 50 ain't sh*t now and that Ja hasn't been sh*t since the Bush Administration was still running sh*t. Ja had n*ggas and nasty freak b*tches trying to rap/sing like him. Fast forward and this guy is doing time for a long, long time (I know he got two years but WTF two days locked up is some long a$$ sh*t for me).
So ask yourself...how strong is your arsenal of words? Is your brain packing a water gun or a rocket launcher. Do you like shutting people down with your words or do you prefer to feel their pain with your bare hands?
