This is a battle between two rappers spitting over the same beat. The beat in question was sampled from the song "Mama" by Willie Hutch.
The beat has been sampled quite a bit over the years. Cam'ron used it for his song "D Rugs" on his debut album, Confessions of Fire. Lupe spit over the beat for his song "Coulda Been" and Buddens used it on a mixtape for "All of Me." Check them both out below:
