Another interpretation of The Buddha...
"However many holy words you read, however many you speak, what good will they do you if you do not act on upon them?"
-The Buddha
No matter how well written or true, words will never be as effective as action. Words are useless if you do not possess the strength to follow them. I've always been one who has been about it than talking about it. I f*cks with people who know when there's a time for words; know when to sh*t the f*ck up; and know when to get up, get out and do something. I mean talking is good. There's nothing wrong with communication or dialogue. But seriously, when have you seen cities built or wars won because everybody involved was sitting around talking?
The truth may be the reason why some sit while others do. Its one thing to believe or claim you agree with an idea or a plan. But to do stick your neck out there for it is another thing for most folks.
That's all I got from this quote. That's what I like about The Buddha. His words can either get you to the point or they can leave you thinking long after you read them. The truth is like that sometimes. It can be simple and in front of your face. It can also be a difficult to see and you have to seek it out. When you do find it, in most cases, you are better off then you were without it.
What do you guys think?
